Important info to know before reserving a seat
- Passengers view the facility website and know the policies for the prison.
- Federal prisons will vary. Please know the following information below before reserving a seat.
- Make sure you are on the inmates visiting list and you are approved through the warden and the inmate counselor.
- Know the exact visiting days of the facility you wish to travel.
- Be aware of the prison dress code. Every federal facility is different. Bring extra clothing because sometimes the info on the website is not updated.
- In order for Sassy Savage to provide service, traveling passenger, you "MUST" screen shot, email or email a picture of your valid and current drivers license. No other state will be accepted. Transportation service will not be provided unless your photo ID is on file with Sassy Savage Van Service.
- How do I send a copy of my drivers' license information? Again. You can screen shot your ID (take a picture) to phone #909-208-0878 or email your drivers' license to [email protected]
- Passengers can hold a seat by depositing $25 for scheduled traveling date. If you are unsure of the date you are putting a $25 deposit on, you can switch the date to a later date but Sassy Savage must be notified 3 days in advance of the trip you originally made the deposit for.
- The traveling date can not be switched if the notification is less than 3 days of the a scheduled date. Again, you will be unable to switch the traveling date and refunds will not be available.
- When the money is successfully received via cash app, will receive a phone call, email and/or text message from Sassy Savage Van Service stating the payment was received or denied.
- Once the payment is received please go to the scheduling website to answer the passenger intake inform. Once this is done, make sure to choose the option "receive a text/email".
- The remaining balance of the $25 deposit payment must be paid in full 3 days prior to the date. Transactions will not be accepted the traveling day, at the pick-up location (Mondawmin Mall). Again, there will be no money or any form of money accepted on the van.
- All passengers must wear a seat belt.
- Every child must be in a car seat using the governors safety association guidelines. You can view the guidelines by clicking on the "Sassy Savage Van Service Links" page below.
- Sassy Savage Van Service will provide 24/7, 360 degree, inside and outside surveillance cameras of the van for safety and security purposes.
