• Where is the drop off and pick up area for the van service?  The drop off and pick up point is located at Mondawmin Mall (subway). This is the only location for passengers. 

• Do Sassy Savage van service provide door to door service?  No. 

• What is the price for children?  All prices applies to men, women and children. 

• Is there a set schedule for the FCI/USP facilities each month?  No.  The schedule changes every month.  In addition, the monthly schedule will be created according to the highest demands for each facility. 

• Will service be available for any Maryland state facilities?   Yes.  The only facility as of right now will be E.C.I.  The E.C.I. facility is located in Eastern Shore, MD. 

• What is the price for children?  There is one price for all travelers.

• How many passengers do the XX van hold? Sassy Savage Van services 6-14 passengers, depending on the paid reserved seats.
  

• How and where can I pay for my seat?  All seats are paid online with a debit or credit card. Click on the "back to site" link at the bottom of this page to take you directly to the reservation page.

• How do I know if my payment was confirmed, submitted or accepted via "Cash App" on the phone or online?  Once your payment has been confirmed, the customer will receive an email, text and phone call stating the payment was accepted.

• Is there a way to know if the seat is available for a date that interest me?  Once the van is full, the website will be updated.  The words "no seats left" will be placed next to the facility and the date.
