• How much are Sassy Savage Van Service fees?   The fees range from $55 to $125. 
  

• What do the fees include?  The fee includes transportation to and from the scheduled federal correctional facility,  gas, and toll fees. 
  

• What are the requirements for holding/booking a seat?  In order to provide service, the traveling passenger MUST screen shot, email or mail a copy or picture of their current MD state photo ID. No other state ID will be accepted. Transportation service will not be provided unless your photo ID is on file with Sassy Savage Van Service.

• How can Sassy Savage Van Service receive a copy of my drivers' license information? Again. You can screen shot ID to phone # 443-764-1600, email them to [email protected] or mail

• Do Sassy Savage Van Service pick up passengers in other locations besides Baltimore City?  No. As of right now, Sassy Savage will not and do not provide services in the DMV (DC or VA) area or any other neighboring locations other than Baltimore City.

• Do Sassy Savage Van Service provide door to door service to traveling passengers?  No. 

• How much money is required to put down to hold a seat if I do not have the full amount of funds available?   The fee to serve a seat is $25.

• Will I receive a refund if I decide not to use Sassy Savage Van Service?  Unfortunately, once $25 is deposited there are no refunds

• When is the remaining balance due if I made a $25 deposit to serve a seat?  The remaining balance is due 3 days before the trip.
  

• Can I pay the remaining balance the day of the trip on the van?  No.  Forms of payments will not be accepted on the van.

• SS van will provide 24/7, 360 degree, inside and outside surveillance cameras of the van for security purposes.  Again, this is for all passengers safety and security purposes.
